Q: What tools can ChatChat connect to?
A: 36 connectors across communication, calendars, documents, productivity, health, finance, meetings, and media, from Gmail and Slack to WHOOP and Binance. Each agent can use up to six connectors at a time, intentionally capped so agents stay focused.
Q: Does it work with Microsoft tools like Outlook and PowerPoint?
A: Yes, Microsoft 365 is supported, including Outlook mail, calendar, and OneDrive files, alongside PowerPoint.
Q: Can it connect to X (Twitter)?
A: Yes, agents can connect to your X account.
Q: I have a Gmail account and two other Outlook mailboxes. Can one agent monitor all three and summarise them?
A: Each agent connects to one mailbox at a time, but you can set up separate agents for each account, so all three mailboxes are still covered, just distributed across a small team of agents rather than one.
Q: Does ChatChat work with Telegram or WhatsApp?
A: Telegram, yes, in three ways: message your agent directly through a Telegram bot, add that bot to a Telegram group chat (it will only respond to you), or use a separate bot specifically for feeding notes into your Living Brain.
WhatsApp is on the roadmap, but WhatsApp's own platform restrictions currently limit what's possible there.
Q: Can you add more integrations if something I need isn't supported yet?
A: Yes, the team actively takes integration requests, Grab and Singapore Airlines are already in progress based on user requests, and more get added as demand comes in.
Q: Can ChatChat stay live-synced with other AI platforms, like Claude, so I don't have to re-upload the same material everywhere?
A: Not in real time. Services like Claude and ChatGPT don't expose an export-memory API, so no platform can offer true live sync with them today. You can, however, import your existing Claude memory into ChatChat as a one-time transfer.
Q: Can ChatChat work with more than one Google Calendar?
A: Yes. The Google Calendar integration supports selecting multiple calendars. An agent can only access calendars enabled for it, and making changes still depends on the connected account’s permissions.
Q: Should I use a Google connector or upload files directly?
A: Use a connector for approved documents that change over time and need to remain part of an ongoing workflow. Use direct uploads for a fixed reference, a one-off project or when the agent must use one specific version. Check the connector’s current preview and permissions before beginning; do not assume that every Drive file, attachment or folder is automatically available or synchronised.
Q: What can I do if ChatChat does not have a connector for the website I need?
