Proactive Agents

Proactive agents can check in, follow up, monitor useful information, and send relevant updates without waiting for you to start every conversation.

Scheduled tasks

Choose a preset or write a custom instruction. Example presets include:

• Daily summary
• Morning briefing
• Evening wrap-up
• Meetings and today’s schedule
• GitHub review queue

For each task, set the frequency, delivery time, timezone, and lookback period.

Daily Brief

A Daily Brief can combine relevant updates from agents connected to the same Living Brain. Run it on a recurring schedule or generate one on demand.

Notifications

Choose how and where proactive updates reach you. Available controls may include push notifications, priority levels, action buttons, sounds, and Do Not Disturb schedules.

Telegram options

ChatChat may use Telegram in separate ways:

1. An agent messaging bot for direct updates.
2. Per-agent notification settings controlling how much reaches Telegram.
3. A separate capture bot for adding information to a Living Brain.
